We specialize in Virus & Spyware / Malware removal.These are the most common repairs that we see. If you don't have a spyware / virus removal program installed or yours is expired we will install one for FREE! The most common signs that you have been infected are Homepage hijacking, blinking icons down in your taskbar, constant warning messages that your system is infected, constant pop ups that you can get rid of and your system getting very very slow when it used to be fast and home page has been hijacked.

If you can't get to us we can arrange to pickup your Mac or PC from you and return it when repaired (pickup / drop fee may apply). If your computer is older than 7 years, we recommend purchasing a new computer. Our technicians can consult with you on your next computer purchase, typically saving our clients hundreds of dollars in unnecessary software and hardware configurations.

After any repair or upgrade we will make sure your system is running the latest security software or updates from either Apple or Microsoft. This is included at no extra charge.

All systems are inspected and cleaned prior to return to customer.

When it is time to replace your computer, we can build you a custom Mac if that is what your looking for. If you prefer an off-the-shelf Mac, we can assist you, so what you purchase meets all your needs.

Do you charge to diagnose issues on my computer?
Yes, our $50.00 Flat Rate diagnostics charge allows our technicans to perform a complete analysis of your computer (both hardware and software) to determine exactly what is wrong with your computer and give you an accurate estimate of the costs. The $50.00 is fully applied towards the repair costs. We are always looking for the fastest, cost-efficient, most safe and secure way to get you up and running again without the loss of data or functionality. We may also recommend a complete Operating System re-install or purchasing a new computer. Our technicians will give you options so that you may select the one that best suits your needs. If you have restore CD's or DVD's that will speed up the repair process.

My Desktop / Laptop is running slow, what can I do?
Slow systems can be caused by different things, Spyware or a Virus is the usual suspect. Another thing that can slow a system down is a lack of memory. Most older systems came with a small amount of memory. Usually 512MB. For most systems running Windows XP® we recommend 1GB of memory. For Windows Vista® or Windows 7® we recommend at least of 2GB memory. Obviously the more memory you install the better it will run. Microsoft Windows® come in two basic flavors: 32 Bit and 64 Bit. The 32 Bit version will only see 3GB maximum of memory. The 64 Bit version can see greater than 3GB of memory. The 64 bit version will run faster than the 32 Bit version. It has to do with how the hardware works. Think of it as a multi-lane highway, the more lanes in each direction the faster the traffic moves.

Do you repair laptops ?
Yes we do. We can repair most of the major brands including Apple. If your laptop is greater than 5-6 years old, we recommend replacement. Laptop processors (CPU's) have really increased in speed and ability in the last few years. Older laptops were single-core systems, which slowed them down. Today most laptops are at the least dual-core systems, some are quad-core.

Can you help setup my printer?
Yes. We can setup your printer to be shared on a network, and troubleshoot / diagnose any connectivity issues you may experience Our technicians are trained to troubleshoot and diagnose printer connectivity issues. We also can help you setup your ipod, webcam, wireless printer and any other peripherals.
